The first step is a check in to define the targeted blood analysis. We don't just measure testosterone, we measure the full hormonal picture that actually tells you something.

The starting point. It shows how much testosterone your body produces overall, but not how much of it your body can actually use.

Sex hormone binding globulin
A transport protein that binds and inactivates testosterone. High SHBG can mean your total testosterone looks fine while your body has access to almost none of it. Low SHBG points toward metabolic issues.

The fraction your body can actually use. Often more meaningful than total testosterone alone.

Another transport protein that carries testosterone, but releases it easily. Low levels can indicate inflammation, liver stress, or insufficient protein intake.

Usually associated with breast milk, but men produce it too. Elevated levels directly suppress testosterone production, a commonly overlooked factor in men with low drive and reduced libido.

The thyroid is the metabolism's speed regulator. An underactive thyroid, even within the "normal" range, can raise SHBG and dampen the hormonal axis. We look at the full picture, not a single value and want optimal ranges.

Measures how sensitive your body is to insulin. Insulin resistance is one of the most common and most underrated causes of low testosterone, it directly limits how much free testosterone is available to you, and disrupts the liver's role in hormone regulation.

A marker of silent, low-grade inflammation. This type of inflammation causes little obvious symptoms, but continuously suppresses hormone production in the background. When hsCRP is elevated, it's often a key answer to "why."
Further biomarkers

Testosterone is partly converted to estrogen in the body, mainly in fat tissue. Some conversion is normal and necessary. Too much suppresses your own testosterone production and can cause water retention, mood swings, and reduced libido.

A precursor hormone from the adrenal glands, from which the body produces testosterone, among other things. It shows how well-stocked your hormonal "raw materials" are and whether chronic stress has pushed your adrenal glands toward their limit.

These two pituitary hormones control how much testosterone your testes produce. If they're low while testosterone is also low, the issue isn't in the testes themselves, it's higher up in the brain. This distinction is critical for choosing the right approach.

Not actually a vitamin but a steroid hormone. It acts directly on the cells that produce testosterone, while also influencing immune function, mood, and sleep quality. Deficiency is extremely common in Switzerland, and one of the simplest, most affordable levers in the entire program.
The process
1. Detailed questionnaire Before your first appointment, you complete a detailed questionnaire covering sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and symptoms. Then we start with what matters most.
2. Check-in call A short call to confirm which tests we start with.
3. Blood analysis You receive a lab requisition for our partner lab. Blood is drawn fasted, in the morning, important for reliable hormone readings.
4. Results review We go through your lab values and questionnaire together. You understand what your numbers mean, and why.
5. Personal action plan You receive a prioritized, actionable plan for the key lifestyle adjustments and, where needed, targeted supplementation.
6. Follow-up (optional) After 12 weeks, we repeat the lab analysis and adjust the plan
